Community Courses and Summer School at RNN Group

The RNN Group delivers courses for adults on a full time, part time and evening basis covering a variety of areas at Rotherham College, North Notts College and Dearne Valley College.

Community Courses

We also offer community courses both at our college locations and via distance / online learning. We develop and roll out our courses with our local partners to ensure we are responsive to the needs of our local communities and courses range from building self-esteem to improving creativity, British sign language to flower arranging, cookery to hand sewing and much, much more.

Free Short Courses for Adults

Every Summer, we offer free short courses for adults at Rotherham College, North Notts College and Dearne Valley College.

Although we are a College, we operate 50 weeks of the year and have something for everyone over the summer!

There are courses available in the health sector, as well as sessions in computer focused courses including basic computer and digital skills, fitness, corporate team building, business start-ups, hairstyling, professional make up application and Special FX Make Up, garment making and bag making to name a few!

Employment Support Courses

As a reminder, we have a new set of courses – employment support courses – designed to give you a head start in the job market. These short courses will help you gain further knowledge, skills, and look attractive on your CV for future employers.
