RNN Group Retain Investors in Diversity Award

We are delighted to announce that, on behalf of the National Centre for Diversity, RNN Group has successfully retained the highly coveted โ€˜Investors in Diversityโ€™ award.

The award is seen as the national standard of equality and is given to organisations who have implemented fair, respectful, equal, diverse, inclusive and engaging practices throughout their organisation.

RNN Group first attained the award in 2017. Following a thorough re-accreditation review, the organisationโ€™s tireless work for equality and diversity was again rewarded as RNN Group extended their award until June 2023. The organisation was particularly praised for its work in relation to inclusive environments, opportunities to succeed and mental health training.

The report also underlined the excellent work of RNN Group employees in their completion of equality, diversity and inclusion training within the last two years, as well as the groupโ€™s employees being in the highest quartile in the UK for mental health training and helping to prevent unlawful discrimination.

Speaking about RNN Group retaining its Investors in Diversity Award, Jane Hartog, Executive Director of Human Resources, OD and Marketing was quick to praise the wonderful work put into retaining the award.

She said: โ€œWe are truly delighted to have retained this award. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on our commitment to an inclusive and equal workplace. The award is a testament to the exceptional work of all our employees at RNN Group, and we must now continue to work collaboratively to further improve our workplace for all of our staff.โ€

The National Centre for Diversity joined in Janeโ€™s praise for the group.

A spokesperson said: โ€œCongratulations to RNN Group. We are all delighted that the RNN has retained Investors in Diversity. It is a great achievement and a testament to the hard work, enthusiasm and dedication across the Group.”
