RNN Group Retains Investors in Diversity Accolade

RNN Group (made up of Rotherham College, North Notts College, Dearne Valley College and University Centre Rotherham (UCR)) has retained its Investors in Diversity award following its reassessment process with the National Centre for Diversity.

The Investors in Diversity Award is recognised as the national equality standard which RNN Group has retained, providing organisations like RNN Group with a bespoke approach for improving Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) practices in the workplace.

The process of achieving the award helps organisations to place structured FREDIE standards at the heart of everything they do. It gives organisations a recognised bespoke and manageable framework to bring together all of the work they do around FREDIE.
