Congratulations to Bolehill Nursery, winners of ‘We Have Integrity’
Bolehill Nursery is very popular with parents and workers, one parent commenting: The quality of staff is excellent and my kids have created genuine bonds with them and other children while taking part in a range of creative, physical and educational activities. This creates a fantastic environment for RNN apprentices.
We have worked with Bolehill for many years and they hire multiple apprentices each year and support them to grow and to forge a career in the early years industry. A high percentage of the learners are still working at the nursery years later and the turn over of staff is low, this show the type of employer Bolehill Nursery are.
The nursery is large and caters for all ages so our learners receive a well rounded experience of caring for babies and young children. This support and commitment shown from the team at Bolehill has been consistent for many years and it is a pleasure to work with them, to future proof this industry. As we all know the number of nursery nurses required has increased rapidly in past years so needs all the help it can get, we rely on employers like this.

Congratulations to TT Electronics, winners of ‘We Deliver’
TT Electronics have been working very closely with Employer Partnerships this past few months to not only support our curriculum development on RNN advisory boards but to help push the importance of CPD in their business.
They have promoted their vacancies at multiple events including RNN’s Recruitment fair, identified a number of Mangers internally whom will support via CMI qualifications, and looked to support our FE students into Apprenticeship vacancies. A deserved winner for Employer of the Month.

Congratulations to The Abbey Care Home, winners of ‘We Have Integrity’
The Abbey Care Home are a wonderful care home who look after their staff and residents with integrity and respect. They give opportunities to local people and have a 5 Star rating from residents and families.
They support young employees and most staff have worked there for years which shows how well they treat them. The home itself is lovely, more like a hotel and the staff go above and beyond.

The dedication and guidance Europa offers to their learners throughout their apprenticeship journey have been truly commendable. Europa has consistently demonstrated a commitment to nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.
It is evident that the company values its apprentices and invests in their success. This is evident with one apprentice and how his skills have developed and grown throughout his course, from technical abilities to Power Skills like communication and team work. This is testament to Europa’s effective training initiatives and supporting mentors.

The House of Light fully supports their apprentices and every apprentice has benefitted from this, as they have achieved their qualification, and some have gone on to enrol and study at the next level. At the outset House of Light have inputted to the order of delivery of the different topics and on completion they have helped to support with the End Point Assessment.
