RNN Group offers Employment Support Courses which can benefit unemployed individuals – including you – in a multitude of different ways.
These short courses will help you gain further knowledge, skills, and look attractive on your CV for future employers.
RNN Group Employment Support Courses can help you gain confidence, retrain, and advance your skills in whichever sector you aspire to develop your career journey in.
The following courses are available
This course is a three-week course focusing on the principles of warehousing, team leading and retail knowledge.
You will gain qualifications including Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage Principles, Level 2 in Team Leading Principles, and Level 2 in Retail Knowledge.
On completion of this three-week course, Forklift Truck training is available is desired.
A one week course where you will gain the knowledge of how to deliver effective customer service and how to support the customer service environment.
On completion achieving a level 2 qualification.
A one week course where candidates will gain a level 2 qualification and gain the knowledge of dealing with waste and non-routine waste, health and safety for the cleaning and support services industry, working with customers and other in cleaning and support services industry and the cleaning of soft floors and furnishings.
A one week course where candidates will gain a level 2 qualification in the knowledge of the retail sector, selling processes, how working as an individual and working within teams has an effect of the retail business, health and safety within a retail premises, security and loss prevention in retail and the control, receipt and storage of stock within a retail business.
A 7 day course where the individual will gain a level 2 qualification.
The following are the specific courses to choose from; introduction to autistic spectrum conditions, equality, diversity and rights in care, prepare to work in adult social care.
A 7 day course that provides the candidate with a level 2 qualification and knowledge of understanding mental health and wellbeing, stress and anxiety, mood disorders, supporting those with mental heath and health and safety within this sector.
A one week course where candidates will gain a level 1 qualification and support with CV writing, cover letters, application form completion, interview skills and techniques, managing money and working as a team.
On completion of one of these courses you will gain a Level 1 or 2 qualification which can help further your employment opportunities. You will study in a face-to-face classroom environment in a small group.
To access one of our courses you must be unemployed, in receipt of state benefits and aged over 19 (19-23 years, further eligibility applies).
