Free Maths Support for Your Employees with Multiply

Did you know that around 17 million adults in England – half of the working-age population – have the numeracy skills of primary school children according to a recent report?

If you or your employees are looking to improve their numeracy skills, you and they can benefit from a £270 million investment in new maths and numeracy courses, helping to level up opportunities for your employees to progress and add value to your company.

Multiply – which was launched in late 2022 – offers adults (19+) who do not already have a GCSE grade C/4 or higher in Maths or equivalent, and need or would like to improve their numeracy, totally free, flexible courses that fit around their lives and employment.

Businesses that develop their employees’ numeracy skills boost productivity, increase profits and improve employee retention. Research shows that sectors with a high proportion of workers with basic or advanced numeracy skills have experienced the most rapid growth in employment over the last decade.

RNN Group is offering these courses both in person at our Colleges – Rotherham College, North Notts College and Dearne Valley College – or online, in your business or at your employees homes, either on a part time or intensive basis.

The RNN Group is also working with employers who could benefit from boosting their workforce’s skills to deliver Maths GCSEs or work-ready Functional Skills Qualifications as well as design and deliver bespoke programmes for their and your workforce – at no cost to them or you.

There is already help available for adults to improve maths and numeracy skills including fully funded maths courses up to GCSE to enable people to get the maths skills they need.

Multiply builds on this by offering a range of free training options, helping people to build their confidence with maths in their everyday and working lives.
