Careers at RNN Group

Last week was National Careers Week, and so we thought it would be an opportunity to look at the many careers and roles available at the RNN Group and what’s on offer at the moment.

Did you know, we don’t just employ teachers / curriculum staff within the RNN Group of Colleges which include Rotherham College, North Notts College, Dearne Valley College and University Centre Rotherham?

We employ a myriad of different staff across the Group in support of our learners whether that be in student services, marketing, finance, schools liaison, IT, GDPR and governance, SEND support, careers advice, catering, cleaning, administrative support, technicians, estates and caretaker teams and much, much more!

There are lots of benefits to working at the RNN Group including a supportive environment with regard to wellbeing, generous holidays (including a discretionary Christmas closure period on top of the annual holiday entitlement) and workplace pension, hybrid working and a supportive and inclusive environment.

Staff can access lots of CPD and courses to develop their careers within the Group as training and education is highly prized by the Group as this is what our product is all about and we have a Skills Academy within the Group for staff to tap into.
