As the clock strikes midnight and we welcome the start of 2025, we at RNN Group are brimming with excitement for the opportunities and adventures the new year will bring.

It’s a time to reflect on the past, celebrate our accomplishments, and set innovative and inclusive goals for the future.

Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Impact and Inspiration

Before diving into the year ahead, let’s take a moment to reflect on the milestones we delivered and achieved together in 2024. From launching transformative learning programmes to empowering countless students and educators, it was a year filled with progress and purpose.

Thank you to our community of learners, teachers, and supporters for making this journey so impactful.

Here are just a few highlights:

• New Facilities at Rotherham College, North Notts College and Dearne Valley College in Construction, Digital, Hair and Beauty, Health and Social, Childcare and Medical Aesthetics supporting FE and HE learners.
• Higher Education focus as the Group started to deliver Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) as well as developing our Higher Education (HE) provision for the future in skills based courses including higher and degree level apprenticeships, HNCs and HNDs alongside HTQs. As an HTQ provider, we became members of the South Yorkshire Institute of Technology. 
• Employer Awards monthly culminating in our first Employer Awards and Celebration Event for all our employer partners in late November!
• New ‘Skills for Employment’ initiative to develop key skills needed in tomorrow’s workforce. This initiative will allow learners to work towards developing key skills across a range of ten ‘Power’ skills needed in business today!
