Lucy Barnwell

Lucy is the Director of Learner Recruitment and Marketing and has strategic responsibility for the organisation’s engagement with all stakeholders throughout the Rotherham and North Notts areas. Our relationships with the wider community support the growth of learner recruitment – which Lucy leads on – across 16-18 years olds, adult learners, degree based learners and apprentices. She also works to promote the group to employers at an organisation wide level to support commercial recruitment operations.

Lucy joined the group in 2022 following a career in fundraising and marketing including three roles at Executive and Senior Management level within the education sector which she has worked within for twelve years following ten years in fundraising roles for a variety of third sector organisations.
