Performed various roles within the customer service environment before commencing employment at RNN Group in 2018. Initially worked at the Group’s IT Helpdesk as 1st Line/Service Support Advisor but quickly progressed to the role of Data Protection Administrator within the IG team.

Actions day-to-day caseload of DSAR’s, FOI’s, and Disclosures along with providing support to the team in regards to data breaches and conducting privacy impact assessments across the various departments of the Group. Provides advice and guidance, relating to Information Governance and supporting the implementation of privacy practices, to staff throughout the Group.
