How long have you been at the RNN Group?

I’ve been with the group for a little over three years.

What job or role did you do before you joined the RNN Group?

Prior to joining the RNN Group I spent ten years working in Law as a solicitor dealing with a wide range of matters from probate and conveyancing through to criminal and litigation matters.  I then made a career move into teaching where I spent ten years working in various Primary schools as a class teacher in Key Stage 2.

What is the best thing about working for the RNN Group?

For me the best thing has been being presented with the opportunity to grow within a relatively short period of time, I feel that the Group recognises and appreciates my particular skill set and this has allowed me to progress within the organisation and grow into my current role.
